I ordered some ChiaoGoo Circular Needles and was really pleased to receive an email almost immediately to check that I had ordered the right configuration I needed. When one size wasn't available I was offered the alternative Lace Needle. The package arrived by courier the next day and included a little complimentary pack of stitch markers. Am very impressed!
