We want you to love your purchases. Please take a moment to read the terms and conditions below.
On the rare occasion a product is out of stock at time of purchase we will contact you via email as soon as possible and offer you the option of waiting for the product to arrive or canceling the order and receiving a refund .
All goods are carefully inspected and packaged to arrive to you in the best possible condition. In the unlikely event that the product is faulty we will happily replace it or offer a refund at our discretion. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods.
If the product was damaged during transit please let us know as soon as possible and we will contact the shipping company directly.
We do our best to accurately represent our yarns. However, we realise that you are buying the product online and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have changed your mind about the product you will need to contact us immediately and provide proof of purchase in order to exchange the product. Goods must be returned within 2 weeks with the label still attached and in original condition at your expense. Exchanging or refunding goods is at the discretion of Eskdale Yarns.
Unless faulty, please note that we are unable to offer refunds on clearance yarn, knitting needles, crochet hooks, or any other tools or accessories.
