Featuring Happy Sheep, This pack has 12 ‘Hibernation’ Crafting Tags, containing 3 designs, 4 tags of each.
So useful & perfect for your knitting or crochet projects that you want to set aside to finish later. Just jot down the pattern name, yarns used, hook or needle size, date started and ‘hibernation’ date – adding any project notes needed so you can pick it up again and know exactly where you’re at!
